We are proud to share that Yasin Shams has earned a spot in the University of Virginia Summer Research Internship Program (SRIP) sponsored by the American Heart Association-funded SURE-CV program! Through this opportunity, he will use modern genomics and bioinformatics tools to study the genetic drivers of cardiovascular disease while pursuing a passion for medicine
